Hi, I’m Mona Sharma.
You may have seen me on Red Table Talk with Will Smith’s family, or heard me speak about nervous system healing, gut health, and functional nutrition.
But my work — and this Experience — comes from something much deeper.
Years ago, I found myself burnt out, disconnected, and searching for something that all the green juices, workouts, and diets couldn’t give me. My healing truly began when I lived and studied at the Sivananda Ashram. There, I learned the ancient rhythms of healing: how food, space, breath, rest, and intention weave together to restore balance.

That wisdom changed everything — and it’s what I’m bringing to you in Rooted Healing.
